Come October, New York Public Radio (NYPR) will have a new CEO for the first time in twenty-four years. Goli Sheikholeslami will join New York Public Radio as CEO after five years at the head of Chicago Public Media. She comes to NYPR with experience at The Washington Post, Conde Nast, and on the NPR Board of Directors prior to Chicago Public Media.
Sheikholeslami is known for her excellence in leadership, integration between new and traditional media forms, quality content, and local coverage.
