										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On November 1st, 2019,  Noelle LaCharite will join NPR as their VP of Digital Technology.   Her background includes founding the <a href="https://aileadershipinstitute.com/" target="_blank"  rel="nofollow" >AI Leadership Institute,</a> founding other organizations like <a href="https://www.voiceskillsinc.com/" target="_blank"  rel="nofollow" >VoiceSkills Inc</a> and <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/ladycoders/" target="_blank"  rel="nofollow" >Lady Coders</a>.  She also held program management roles at Microsoft, Red Hat, IBM and worked at Amazon in various roles within their Web Services and Alexa product lines for over 6 years.</p>
<p>Overall, when looking at Noelle LaCharite work, she is an evangelist and advocate for women in technology, and passionate about helping people achieve more.  She has taught thousands of people the value and importance of emerging technology through mindful leadership by delivering keynotes, holiding workshops and attending conferences around the world.</p>
